Antibodies for Human Tau

High-quality monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against all isoforms of Tau protein, phorsphorylation, double-phosphorylation, and splicing forms with well characterized epitope specificity are available. MAbs to phosphorylated amino acids 181, 199, 202, 199/202, 231, 231/235 as well as different Tau antibodies recognizing specific amino acid sequences of Tau inclusive exon 2 and exon 2 + 3 are highly sensitive and specific in different immunochemical techniques. Additionally, a polyclonal rabbit anti-human antibody to total Tau is available.
