Antibodies for human Alpha-Synuclein

High-quality monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) specifically for human alpha-Synuclein with well characterized epitope specificities are offered. MAb 5G4 specifically recognizes amino acids 47-52 in ß-sheet rich alpha-Synuclein oligomers, a pathological conformation of the protein in synucleinopathies (Kovacs 2012). MAb 10D2 binds to amino acids 119-126 within the C-terminal part of the protein and is very suitable for detection of all alpha-Synuclein forms in different laboratory applications. MAb 10C3 is reactive to amino acids 98-105 and is also very suitable for detection of all alpha-Synuclein forms in different laboratory applications. Additionally, a polyclonal rabbit anti-human alpha-Synuclein antibody is available.
